Foodhi Classics: Korean BBQ Tofu Wings
A Foodhi classic, our Korean BBQ tofu wings make the perfect start to any meal. It all begins with Cleveland Tofu, made locally with Ohio grown organic soy beans. Lightly breaded and fried for a thin crispy exterior, coated in our spicy and sweet Korean BBQ sauce and served with our house Bong Bong sauce, many of our regulars refer to this simple yet delicious dish as the best tofu they've ever eaten.

What's Bong Bong sauce? We get this question a lot. We like to say it's like yum yum sauce, but yummier. Our Korean wings started as a part of our Korean BBQ platter special. When I decided to transform it into it's own appetizer, I created the Bong Bong sauce to help cool the dish down and add an extra layer of saucy goodness. I named it after Park Bo Young's chef character in the Korean drama Oh My Ghost. Why? Well, because I love these wings (and she's awesome 🫰🏼)
